ABOUT ME

Hi, I'm Brenna

Bodywork has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. Growing up, I spent over two decades playing competitive soccer, which sparked my fascination with the human body and how it moves, heals, and thrives. This passion drove me to earn a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology, the science of human movement, and ignited a lifelong journey of exploration and learning.

Over the past 15 years, I’ve worn many hats: personal trainer, EMT, and now, a dedicated Massage Therapist. I completed a rigorous 763-hour Massage Therapy program in Colorado and have invested hundreds of hours in advanced training, including earning a Master Certification in Neural Reset Therapy. These experiences have deepened my understanding of how the body works—and how modern fitness trends sometimes overdo it, creating dysfunction instead of strength.

In my practice, I blend relaxation with deeply therapeutic techniques, tailoring every session to meet your unique needs. My expertise in Cupping Therapy is a cornerstone of my work, offering unparalleled benefits for those who love deep tissue treatments or struggle with chronic pain. My goal is simple: to help you feel lasting relief and a renewed sense of balance in your body.

Whether you’re looking to unwind, recover, or transform your physical health, I’m here to guide you. I can’t wait to work together to achieve your goals!
